Wooden Nickels are earned when:
1. You keep your regularly scheduled appointment and arrive on time.
2. None of your appliances are loose or broken.
3. You demonstrate proper oral hygiene and tooth-brushing.
4. You have been faithful in wearing your elastics, headgear and other orthodontic appliances.
Bonus Wooden Nickels are earned when:
1. You bring in your current report card. 5 Nickels
2. You receive a “no cavities report” from your 6-month 5 Nickels
dental checkup.
